How to complain
Email the Grievance Officer with:
•
the email address you use on Paraspar;
•
the Paraspar ID of any profile involved, shown on every profile as "Paraspar ID PS...";
•
what happened, and when;
•
screenshots, if you have them.
To report a profile or a conversation, you can also use Report on the profile or in the chat. That reaches our moderators directly.
What happens next
•
We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
•
We resolve it within 15 days and tell you what we decided.
•
If you complain about content that shows your private body or intimate acts, or that impersonates you, we remove it or block access to it within 24 hours.
If you are not satisfied
You can appeal our decision to the Grievance Appellate Committee set up by the Government of India, at gac.gov.in, within 30 days of hearing from us.
For complaints about your personal data, you can go to the Data Protection Board of India after contacting us.
